Bakina kuhinja - barena paprika /cooked peppers/
6 kg. paprike
2 l vode
1 l sirćeta alkohonog
2 kašike šećera
200 gr soli
lovorov list. biber u zrnu,
1 glavica belog luka
peršunov i celerov list
Papriku očistit od semeniki, sipati vodu dodati sirće, šećer, bibe so, pa kad voda provri dodati papriku Voda treba dobro da struji, a paprika samo malo da omekne da može da se složi u tegle.
Papriku zatim povaditi, složiti u tegle, izmedju stavljati seckan beli luk i peršunov list. Staviti pritiskače i naliti sa presolcem gde su se barile paprike. Zatvoriti metalnim zaklopcima i složiti u rernu. Uključiti temperaturu na 90 stepeni C , gornji i donji grejač i tajmer na 30 min. Kad tajmer isključi papriku ostaviti u rerni da se ohlade a zatim spakovati u police.

2 tablespoons sugar
200 g of salt
