Bakina kuhinja- gulaš od pileće džigerice ( Chicken liver goulash)


Potrebno je:
500 gr pileće džigerice
200 ml. piva
2 glavice luka



2 crvene paprike sveže 
2 šargarepe
50 ml. ulja
4 čena belog luka
100 ml. kuvanog paradajza
biber ml.
1 k.k. aleve paprike 
može malo tucan ljuta
1 kašika gustina
začin

Priprema:
Na ulju propržiti sitno seckan crni luk, dodati seckanu šargarepu i zelenu papriku. Kad se malo uprži dodati džigericu, dodati pivo i sve malo dinstati na tihoj vatri


. Zatim dodati alevu papriku i tucanu ljutu, ako je potrebno dolivati po malo vode. Kad se džigerica skuva dodati paradajz ml. biber i začin.


 U malo hladnoe vode izmešati 1 kašiku gustina sipati i izmešati. Gulaš mora da bude gušći. Neka provri i isključiti šporet.


 Naš gulaš je gotov. Servirati ..Kao dodatak predlažem kuvan krompir.. Prijatno!


Grandma's kitchen-stew chicken liver

  

Ingredients: 
500 gr of chicken livers 200 ml. beer 2 onions 



2 fresh red peppers 2 carrots 50 ml. oil 4 cloves garlic 100 ml. cooked tomato pepper ml. 1 kk cayenne pepper can be a little angry tucan 1 tablespoon density seasoning

Preparation: 

In oil fry finely chopped onion, add the chopped carrot and green pepper. When you add a bit then fried liver, add the beer and all the little cook on low heat. 


Then add the red pepper and crushed hot, if necessary, top up a little water. When the liver is cooked add tomatoes ml. pepper and spice.




 In a little cold water, mix 1 tablespoon density pour and mix. Stew has to be denser. Bring to the boil and turn off the stove. 



Our stew is done. Serve ..just supplement suggest cooked potatoes .. Enjoy!
