Bakina kuhinja-flekice sa slatkim kupusom





Potrebno je


300 - 400 gr brašna
200-300 ml. mlake vode
soli
700 gr kupusa
ulje
biber začin ili so

Priprema:

Umesiti flekice sa brašnom, mlakom vodom i malo soli, srednje tvrdo testo, razviti na stolu što tanje seći trake od testa, malo prosušiti i seći flekice. Kupus iseći na tanke rezance ili narendati, pa ispržiti na ulju. Flekice skuvati procediti i izmešati sa prženim kupusom. U kupus dodati ml. biber začin ili so. Prijatno!

Bakina kuhinja - posna projica sa kiselom vodom 


Potrebno je:
2 čaše ( od joguurta) kukuruznog brašna
malo soli
1/2 praška za pecivo
1/2 male šoljice ulja
malo kvasca
 kisela voda

Priprema:
Brašno sipati u činiju dodati prašak za pecivo, so, ulje, kvasac i zamesiti redje sa kiselom vodom. Sipati u pleh u koji ste stavili peh papir.
Peći na 200 stepeni C 30 - 35 min da lepo porumeno. Ako ne postite služite uz si, jogurt ...kiselo mleko ili uz šta želite.Prijatno dragi moji.

Bakina kuhinja - uvijača sa plavim paradajzom /strudel with blue tomato/


Potrebno je:
200 ml. kisele vode
1 plavi paradajz
1 glavica crnog luka
1 prazi luk
peršunov list
soli
ulje
3 čena belog luka
1/2 pola rendane šargarepe
mleven biber

Priprema:
Paradajz očistiti, i iseći na kocke , a zatim obariti 5-6 min. u slanoj vodi. Isprati u hladnoj vodi i dobro ocediti
Luk crni i praziluk iseckati pa ispržiti na ulju dodati rendanu šargarepu. Kad se proprži dodati ocedjen plavi paradajz. I njega upržiti dodati beli  luk seckan, malo soli ili začina i biber i na kraju peršunov list. Može se dodati i malo aleve ili tucane paprike ko voli. List kore raširiti na sto malo je pouljiti, uzeti drugi list kore saviti ga kao harmoniku i staviti na prvu koru, kao i drugi list takodje i dodati do njega. Razbacati pržen fil, malo poprskati kiselom vodom, saviti ivice i uviti u rolnicu. Redjati u pleh. Tako uraditi i sa ostalim korama. Dobiće te tri rolnice. Pouljite ih i porskajte kiselom vodom. Pecite na 180 stepeni C 30-35 min. da lepo porumene. Služiti tople.

Potrebno je:

3 glavice crnog luka
1 prazilu
1 zelena paprika
začin, biber u zrnu

Priprema:
Pasulj očistiti dobro opraati. Naliti da ogrezne, kuvati 5-6 min. pa baciti prvu vodu. Naliti novu vodu dodati biber u zrnu, zelenu papriku, i lovorov list. Sipajte i malo ulja nekoliko kapi da se ne oseća jačina jakog mirisa pasulja pri kuvanju. Kad se pasulj skuva, zavici od pasulja, moj se kuvao sat vremena, pustite da  voda uvri i ostane samo malo. Ispržite luk i praziluk na ulju, pa kad se dobro ispržio dodajte sve začine seckan beli luk  i dobro izmešajtte. U dujuveč sipajte prvo kuvan pasulj jednu trećinu, pa pržen luk, pa pasulj, przen luk pasulj, luk i na kraju pasulj. U krompir  sipati pola šoljice ulja pa dobro izmešati. Trećunu staviti u izmešane začine i dobro izmešati. Redjati u pleh u koj ste stavili pah papir i malo pouljili. Tako  uraditi sa ostatkom krompira. Još malo odozgo posuti ulja. Peći na 200 stepeni C oko 40 min. da lepo porumeni. Služiti toplo. Prijatno!

Bakina kuhinja -posna čorbica sa blitvom i pirinčom 



Potrebno je:
200-300 gr. blitve
1 glavica crnog luka
začin, ml. biber
1 k.k.brašna
1 zelena paprika
2 krompira
50 gr pirinča
1" rendane šargarepe pola na kolutove
aleva paprika malo
ulje


Priprema:

Iseckati luk, papriku, šargarepu izrendati , pa propržiti na ulju, dodati opranu i iseckanu blitvu pa i nju izdinstati, a zatim sitno na kockice krompir. Dodati alevu papriku  pirinač, začin i biber i naliti vodom da  se kuva. Kad se povrće i pirinač skuvali dodati umućeno brašno. Ja sam dodala i malo sec belog luka i peršunovog lista...

Priprema

Krompir obariti, luk iseći propržiti na ulju, dodati seckanu zelenu papriku, seckanu šargarepu, blitvu, pa kad se to lepo uprži dodati sve začine, dobro izmešati. Obaren krompir oguliti i iseći na krupne kocke. Dodati preko njega uprženi luk, ša sa dodatcima, dobro izmešati i služiti toplo. Prijatno dragi moji!
