Bakina kuhinja - papazjanija / a hodgepodge of vegetables/
Potrebno je:
1/2 kg mesa po izboru
malo tikvica na kockice
2 oljuštena paradajza
2 zelene paprike isečene na prutiće
1/2 ljute zelene paprike
2 šargarepe na prutiće
začin, aleva paprika lovorov list
1 glavica crnog luka sečena na rebarca
šaka graška
seckan peršunov list
1/2 kg. krompira na listiće
ulje
Priprema:
Na ulju propržiti luk, zelenu papriku, šargarepu, dodati meso i sve ostalo povrće i dolivati malo vode i dinstati na tihoj vatri. Staviti i nekoliko lista lovorovog lista. Dodati na listiće sečen krompir. Kad se meso skuvala, pustiti da tečnost uvri pa dodati malo aleve paprike začina i seckan peršunov list.
Naša papazjanija je gotova i spremna je da se klopa...Prijatno!

It's necessary:
1/2 kg of meat of your choice
little zucchini into cubes
2 peeled tomatoes
2 green peppers cut into sticks
1/2 green chili peppers
2 carrots on sticks
spice, paprika bay leaf
1 onion cut into ribs

1/2 kg. potatoes into slices

Preparation:
In oil fry onions, green peppers, carrots, add the meat and all the vegetables and top up a little water and cook over low heat. Put a few leaf bay leaf. Add potatoes cut into slices. When the meat is cooked, let the liquid uvri and add a little cayenne pepper spices and chopped parsley.
Our hodgepodge is finished and ready to chow ... Enjoy!
