Bakina kuhinja - riblja čorba

Potrebno je:
riblje glave i malo mesa šarana
2 šargarepe
1 paškanat



1 koren celera
2 paradajza
1 glavica luka



1 kašika brašna
zelena paprija
začin, aleva slatka i tucana ljuta paprika biber
seckan peršunov list
lovorov list
malo ulja

Priprema:
Riblje glave skuvati zajedno sa nekoliko parčića mesa od šarana. Luk iseckati i propržiti na malo ulja dodati jednu rendanu šargarepu a jednu iseckanu na kockice. I ostalo povrće iseckati pa propržiti, i malo izdinstati. Dodati  oguljen paradajz isečen na kocke ,papriku mlevenu kao i tucanu naliti vodu i dodati skuvanu i očišćenu ribu. Kuvati oko pola sati dodati začin i mleven biber. Umutiti kašiku brašna sa malo vode pa dodati čorbi da dobije malo gustinu. Gotovoj čorbici dodati i seckani peršunov list.

Preparation:
