Bakina kuhinja - špagete sa prelivom / spaghetti with sauce/
Potrebno je:
300 gr. špageta
250 - 300 gr. mlevenog mesa
začin , aleva paprika
origano, ml. biber
2 veća paradajza
1 crni luk
3 čena belog luka
ulje
kačkavalj ( ko voli)
Priprema:
Ispržiti sitno seckan luk na ulju. Dok nam se luk prži staviti špagete da se kuvaju.
Tu dodamo seckan beli luk, začin, biber, može malo i tucana ljuta ako volite. Kad se makarone skuvale ( oko 7 - 8 min.) procedimo ih pa dodamo mleveno meso i promešamo.
Odozgo može doći rendan kačkavalj.
