Potrebno je za testo
300 gr brasna
200 ml. vode mlake
15 gr kavsca
1 kasicica sećera
malo soli
Nadev:
kečapa
200 gr sunke
50 gr maslinki
malo kačkavalja
100 gr tvrdjeg sira
origani
Priprema:
Zamesiti testo ostaviti da naraste.
Naraslo testo masnim rukama ne mesiti više već rukama istanjiti sredinu i prebaciti u pleh.
Namazati kečapom, dodati seckanu šunku,sečene maslinke, kačkavalj listove sir rendan i origano. Može i manji paradajz.
Ostaviti da poraste koliko se rerna ugreje. Peći na 220 stepeni C oko 20 min. Vrhunska uživajte!
