Potrebno je:
10 komada jaja
250 gr margarina
sok od 1/2 limuna
300 gr. oraha
500 gr šećera

Priprema: 
Od belanaca umutiti 2 kore, svaku koru mutiti sa 200 gr. šećera u koju ste dodali po 1-2 kašike soka od limuna Mutiti oko 5 minuta dok se ne dobije čvrst šne koji ne pada sa kašike. 




U pleg staviti peh papir malo ga podmazati uljem ubaciti belanca i lepo ih rasporediti. Sušiti u rerni na 150 stepeni C oko sat ipo do dva ako je potrebno i više. Koru probati čačkalicom dali je suva. Tako ispeći i drugu koru. 



Deset žumanaca umutiti sa 100 gr. šećera pa ih nastaviti  mešati na pari dok se god ne zgusnu. U to dodati mlevene oraha pa kad se prohlade izmešati sa umućenim margarinom.

  2. Postovana bako,nasla sam ovaj divan recept za jedu od mojih omiljenih torti,i odlucila sam da je prvi put napravim sama. Imam jedno pitanje. Da li se kore mogu ispeci dan ranije,a sledeci dan kuvati fil i filovati?Hvala. Veliki pozdrav.
