Bakina kuhinja - starinska pogača bez kvasca



Potrebno je:
kisela voda
300-400 brama brašna
1/2 kašičice sode bikarbone
1/2 kesice praška za peciva
1/2 šoljice ulja


U činiju sipati brašno dodati so, prašak za pecivo, sodu bikarbonu, ulje, kiselu vodu i zamesiti testo  dobroi dobro ga izraditi i izmesiti da bude glatko . Rastanjiti i peći u plehu u rerni na 200 stepeni C oko 30 min. Pogača je odlična naročito uveče za večeru uz sir ili šta već želite ..prijatno dragi moji!

  1. Bako pa koliko vode tacno ide, je li meso tvrdje mekse, obrati molim te paznje palo na to, evo trece testo gledam i nema tacna mera za tecnost. Inace super si! Pozdrav.
