Bakina kuhinja - punjene tikvice


Potrebno je
1 veća tikvica
1 zelena crvena paprika
peršunov seckan list
4 čena belog luka
pola šoljice ulja
začin aleva paprika
1 paradajz oljušten i iseckan
1 veća glavica crnog luka
1 krompir na kockice
1 paradajza na kolutove
1 zelena paprika žuta
2 šargarepe na kockice
2 lista blitve seckane
100 gr   pirinča




Priprema:
Na ulju iseckati sitno crni luk propržiti. Pirinač oprati pa ga obariti. U luk dodati seckanu papriku, šargarepu, krompirr, seckan paradajz, zalin, alevu, sec. peršun, blitvu beli luk.




Sve  lepo propržiti oko 5 minuta. 





U to dodati obaren pirinač i sve lepo izjednačiti i puniti  očišćene i izdubljene tikvice.




 Polriti ih kolutovima paradajza malo pouljiti pokriti folijom i staviti da se peku na 200 stepeni C 


Posle 20 min otkriti i zapeći..Prijatno!
