Bakina kuhinja - integralni hleb


Potrebno je:
500 gr. brašna
1 kašika integralnog brašna
1 kašika mekinja
1 kašika ovsenih pahuljica
2 kašike lanenog semena
2 kašike susama
1 kašika suncokretovih semenki
1 kašika dulečnog semena
1/2 šoljice ulja
30 gr kvasca
300 ml. mleka pomešanog sa jogurtom ( pola pola)

Priprema:
Rastopiti kvasac u malo mlake vode, pa dodati mleko i jogurt i sve nabrojane sastojke. Umesiti srednje tvrdo testo, pa ostaviti da naraste 20 min. na toplom. Kad je naraslo   razmesiti ga i staviti     u    manji pleh (24 sm. ) da opet naraste 20 min. Naraslo testo može se namazati malo belancetom i posuti svim semenkama odozgo. Rernu uključiti na 200 stepeni  C pa smaniti na 180  Hleb peći 40 - 45 min.
