Bakina kuhinja - punjena paprika (stuffed peppers)




Potrebno je:
500 gr. mlevenog mesa
15 srednjih paprika baburica
1 glavica lika
2 šargarepe
1 jaje



5 čena belog luka
malo paradajza
150 gr. pirinča
1 kašika začina
malo bibera
1 k.k. aleve paprike
šoljica kuvanog paradajza

Priprema
papriku oprati i izvaditi drškice sa semeniom. Luk iseći malo propržiti dodati rendanu šargarepu, pa mleveno meso, naseckan beli luk, začin alevi papriku , i opran pirinač. Skloniti sa vatre pa dodati jedno jaje sve lepo izmešati . Puniti nadevom paprike i zatvarati kolutovima paradajza. Naliti vodom i kuvati na tihoj varti oko sat vremena. Dodati 1 šoljicu kuvanog paradajza pa napraviti tanku zapršku i zapržiti papriku pogledaj (VIDEO)
