Bakina kuhinja - jedno pile komplet ručak recept
Baka u svojoj kuhinji predstavlja komplet ručak, tj. kako od jednog pileta spremiti kompletan obrok
Potrebno je:
1 celo pile
4 šargarepe
1 paškanak
1 celer
1 glavica luka
1 jaje
100 griza
1 male k.k. masti
malo praška za pecivo
biber u zrnu i mleven
začin
list peršuna
ulje
1 kašika brašna
1 šolja kuvanog paradajza
5 krompira
malo mleka
malo soli
1 krompir za supu
Supa:
Iseći pile pa u šerpu staviti bubac, djigericu,deo ledja, nogice gušicu, ceo očišćen krompir , koren celer isečen na četvrtine, paškanak biber luk presečen na pola pa prepečen na ringli 3 šargarepe presečene na pola.
Naliti vodom punu šerpu i staviti da se kuva na tihoj vatri. Supu više ne nalivati. U maloj šerpici narendati pola šargarepe, dodati malo ulja propržiti da šargarepa otpusti sok pa dodati u supu.
Kad se i povrće skuvalo. supu lagano procediti i vratiti na šporet.
U tanjir razbiti jaje dodati malo masti ( može i bez toga) griz i malo na vrh noža praška za pecivo i
izraditi gušću masu kao što je prikazano u Videu. Malom kašičicom vaditi knedle promešati i
poklopiti da nam se knedle skuvaju.
Dodati kašiku začina, mleven biber, i sitno seckan peršunov list. Poklopiti i skloniti sa šporeta
Prženo meso:
Ostatak mesa od pileta bataci, karabataci, krila staviti u dublji tiganj ili šerpu, dodati ulja malo vode i staviti da se dinsta na tihoj vatri.
Belo meso iseći na tanje parčiće pa i nji dodati u šerpu.
Dinstati dok meso ne omekne uvek i uvek dolevati po malo vode. Pred krak posoliti i pustiti da se lepo meso zapeče i porumeni.
Krompir pire
