Potrebno je:
700 gr brašna
200 gr salame
1 jogurt (200 ml.)
200 ml. mleka
malo sira
origano
1/2 praška za pecivo
30 gr. kvasca
1 kašika šećera
malo susama
malo kepčata
50 ml. ulja
3 jaja
malo soli

Priprema:

Kvasac  rastvoriti u malo mlakog mleka, dodati 1 kašiku šećera. Dodati ostatak mleka i , 2 jaja malo umutiti žicom zatim dodati jogurt , ulje, brašno, prašak za pecivo i so. 


Umesiti srednje tvrdo teso, ostaviti da malo naraste  a zatim testo razvući preko stola za 1/2 sm. Vaditi krugove, a nožem za picu svakui kruug iseći sa strane jedne i druge sa unutrašnje strane.

Preparation:
