Bakina kuhinja -Krem čorba od duleka


Potrebno je:
300 gr duleka
50 ml. ulja
1 kašika začina
ml. bibera
1 glavica crnog luka


1 rendana šargarepa
3 -4 čena seckanog belog luka
50 ml. beloga vina
300 ml. gotove supe bistre
1 kašika kajmaka ili pavlake
malo ruzmarina
seckan peršunov list

Priprema:
Dulek iseći na tanke kriške ili izrendati pa prodinstati sa malo vode da omekne. Ispržiti sitno seckan crni luk pa dodati rendanu šargarepu i beli luk seckan. 


Sve dobro dinstati da omekne. Kad omekne dodati  dulek sve izmešati pa sve još malo dinstati. Skloniti sa vatre pa štapićem za blendanje izblendati sve zajedno i vratiti na šporet. Dodati vino i supu i dodati ruzmarin i kuvati još oko 5 min. zatim dodati začin i ml. biber. 



Isključiti šporet i dodati seckan peršunov list i 1 kašiku kajmaka ili pavlake.. Probati na ukus ako treba dodati još malo soli. Naša krem čorbica je gotova..Prijatno dragi moji!

it's necessary:
300 gr pumpkins
50 ml. oils

1 onion

1 grated carrot
3 -4 cloves of chopped garlic
50 ml. white wine
300 ml. ready-made clear soup
1 tablespoon of cream or sour cream
a little rosemary
chopped parsley

Preparation:
Dulek cut into thin slices or grate while it cool with a little water to soften. Fry finely chopped onion and add the grated carrots and chopped garlic. All good cook to soften. When added to soften all the pumpkins stir up a little stew. 

Remove from heat, so stick to check myself out, blending everything together and get back on the stove. Add wine and broth and add the rosemary and cook for about 5 min. then add seasoning and ml. Pepper. Turn off the stove and add the chopped parsley and 1 tablespoon of cream or cream .. Try to taste if necessary add a little more salt. Our creamy soup is gotova.Pleasantlj .dragi my!
