Potrbno je:
2 kg. šargarepe
300-400 gr ljute paprike
2 glavice belog luka
peršunov i celerov list
1/2 l sirćeta
2 kašike soli
1 kašika šećera
200 ml. ulja
Priprema:
Šargarepu oljuštiti malo obariti 5-6 min. Ljutu papriku iseći sitno i ispržiti u ulju. Šargarepu ohladiti i seći na kolutove, dodati prženu papriku, celer , šećer, so, sirće i sitno seckan beli luk.
Sve dobro izmešati. i pakovati u tegle, staviti pritiskaće i naliti presolcem i zatvoriti dobro. Rernu uključiti na 90 stepeni C na 90 min. gornji i donji grejač i staviti tegle u rernu.
