Bakina kuhinja - fino slano pecivo sa sirom

Potrebno :
kockica kvasca


1 jogurt
100 ml. mleka
malo soli



1kašika šećera



500 - 600 gr. brašna
malo ulja
200 gr. sira
3 jaja
malo susama


Priprema:
Kvasac rastopiti u malo mlakoga mleka dodati šećer, pa kad se kvasac istopi dodati ostatak mleka, jaje jogurt brašno so pa umesiti srednje tvrdo testo. Ostaviti da naraste na toplom.Razviti testo prst debljine i vaditi male pogačice . Razbiti jaje, odvojiti, žumance od belanca. Svaku pogačicu namazati belancetom pa je poklopiti drugom pogačicom i redjati u pleh i ostaviti da naraste. 



Narasle margaite pritisnuti u sredini, ( ja sam isekla dno plastične čase) i napraviti udubljenje. Sir izdrobiti dodati jaje izmešati pa time puniti margarite.



 Namazati žumancetom i posuti susamom. Narasle margarite, peći na 180 stepeni C oko 25 min. Služiti tople. Izvaredno pecivo za doručak..Prijatno dragi moji!

necessary

pinch of salt
1kašika sugar
500 - 600 gr. flour

Preparation:
