Džem od šljiva iz kazana




Potrebno je :

10 kg.      šljiva

2 kg.  šećera
bočica ruma

 

Priprema:

Šljive  o peremo i odstranimo koščice. Kuvamo u kazanu dok ne uvre polovinu, a onda dodamo jedan pa drugi   kg šećera. Dobro izmešamo i dalje  kuvamo uz neprestalno mešanje.
