Bakina kuhinja: musaka sa  blitvom (moussaka with Swiss chard)



Potrebno je:

300 gr blitve
800 gr krompira
1 struk mladog crnog luka
1 glavica belog
malo ulja
malo začina
1 pavlaka
malo mleka
2 jaja

Priprema: Blitvu oprati odseći drške i malo obariti, a zatim je malo propržiti u crnom luku. Dodati začin i beli luk pa još malo dinstati da ispari tečnost. 




Krompir iseći na listiće staviti red krompira pa malo seckane blitve pa krompir, blitva i na kraju krompir.



Razbiti jaja dodati pavlaku i malo mleka izmešati i zaliti musaku i malo pouljiti. Peći u pećnici oko 40 min na 200 stepeni C

It's necessary:

300 gr spinach
800 gr potatoes

2 eggs
