Bakina kuhinja: kako spremiti dronjke za supu


Potrebno:
1 l supe
1 jaje
2 pune kašike brašna
malo ulja
nekoliko kapi vode

Priprema


U tanjir razbiti jaje pa ga viljuškom malo umutiti, dodati dve kašike brašna pa i to mutiti viljuškom, nekoliko kapi ulja i nekokoliko kapi vode. Dobro sve izjednačiti da nema grudvica da bude glatka masa ne mnogo gusta da kad se zahvati viljuškom pada u parčićima.


 Kad supa provri polako nagnuti tanjir da dronjci sami ispadaju iz danjira u obliku parčića dronjaka. Promešati i pustiti da supavri oko 5 min. da se dronjci skuvaju t. da budu mekani. Supi dodati sitno seckanog peršunovog lista. Naša  supa je gotova i spremna za serviranje. Prijatno dragi moji!
