Bakina kuhinja - pohovani patlidžan /fried eggplant/




Potrebno je
1 plavi patlidžan
2 jaja
100 gr brašna
100 gr. prezli
soli 
ulje


Priprema:

Patlidžan očistiti pa iseći na filete, dobro posoliti, i ostaviti da ostoji bar 20 min. Zatim ocediti vodu. uvaljati u brašno jaja i prezle i pržiti u ulju. 


Vaditi patlidžan na tacnu koju na  ste stavili salvete da upije višak masnoće. Služiti kao prilog ili kao glavno jelo.. Prijatno!

Preparation:
