Vrhunska penasta  posna pogača za slave i svečanosti

Potrebno je:
500 ml mlake vode
30 gr kvasca
1 kašičica šećera
 malo soli
50 ml ulja
50 gr posnog margarina
1 kg brašna

Priprema:
Izmrviti  kvasac u manju posudu i sipati 100 ml mlake vode sa šećerom i izmešati da nadodje
 ostatak vode sipati u vanglu i nadošli kvasac. Sipati ulje  i dodavati brašno i malo soli, Od kiligram brašna ostane taman za posipanje stola. Testo umesiti glatko pa pred kraj dodati još malo ulja da se testo ne zalepi za dno vanglice i oblikovati loptu.  Ostaviti da odmori na toplom 30 minuta pokriveno.  Od naraslog tersta odvojiti mali deo za sredninu i  jednu kuglicu odseći malo veću.  



Taj veći razvući  što tanje na dužinu i širinu i premazati margarinom i posuti susamom pa uviti u tanku rolnicu. Iseći na pola  po dužini pa uplesti dužu pletenisu i staviti oko pleha koji smo obložili pek papirom.  Ostatak testa podeliti na pola pa svaki deo na 4 dela da dobijemo 8 kulica. 



Četiri liptice razviti veličinu tanjira  i premazati  margarinom zadnji se ne maze. Tako uraditi i sa drugi četiri. Malo oklagijom razvući pa iseći sa nožem za picu na 4 pa na osam uglova. Svaki trougao redjati ispod pletenice jednu do druge i malo i preći preko nje u krug. 



Tako i sa drugre  trouglove a u sredinu staviti onu najmanju lopticu. Pokriti da odmori pa kad naraste premazati rastopljenim margarinom i posuti susamom Peći na 200 stepeni C  oko  45 minuta Pokriti krpom da se ohladi penasta prelepa.

Fluffy Vegan Bread Ingredients: 500 ml lukewarm water 30 g yeast 1 teaspoon sugar A pinch of salt 50 ml oil 50 g vegan margarine 1 kg flour Instructions: Activate the yeast: Crumble the yeast into a smaller bowl and add 100 ml of lukewarm water with sugar. Stir until it becomes frothy. Combine ingredients: Pour the remaining water and the activated yeast into a large bowl. Add oil and gradually add flour, along with a bit of salt. Knead the dough until smooth, adding a little more oil at the end to prevent sticking. Shape it into a ball and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes, covered with a cloth. Create the braid: Take a small piece of the risen dough for the center and a slightly larger piece for the braid. Roll out the larger piece into a thin rectangle, brush with margarine, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and roll it up into a thin roll. Cut the roll in half lengthwise and braid the two halves together. Place the braid around the edge of a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Create the base: Divide the remaining dough in half, then each half into 4 pieces, making 8 smaller balls. Roll out four of these balls into circles the size of a plate and brush with margarine, leaving the last one unbrushed. Repeat with the remaining four balls. Use a pizza cutter to cut each circle into 4, then 8 triangles. Arrange the triangles under the braid, overlapping them slightly. Repeat with the second set of triangles. Place the smallest dough ball in the center. Let it rise and bake: Cover and let the bread rise again. Once it has risen, brush with melted margarine and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for about 45 minutes. Cover with a cloth to cool.
