Bakina kuhinja - tulumbe




Potrebno je:
250 ml. vode
100 ml. ulje
150 gr brašna
4 jaja
1/2 praška za pecivo
ulje za prženje
500 gr. šećera
1 vanilin šećer

Priprema:
Vodu staviti da provri dodati ulje pasipati brašno i dobro izmešati skloniti sa vatre. Ostaviti da se malo prohladi, pa dodati jedno po jedno jaje i dobro izmešati da nema grudvica. 


Puniti špric za tulumbe i pržiti tulumbe. Šećer sipati u šerpu sipati 200 ml vode i dodati limun na kriške. Kad se šećer ušpinuje pa tulumbe isprži, sipati sirup preko tulumbeta  i  lagano  izmešati. Sladite se
