Bakina kuhinja - pohovane pileće šnicle



Potrebno je :
1/2 kg pilećih  fileta
pereci sitni slani 150 gr.
100 gr brašna
2 jaja
 začin, biber, začin za meso
ulje za prženje


Priprema: 
Meso izlupati pobiberiti dodazi začin kao i začin za meso. Umočiti u brašno pa u jaja i u sitno mlevene pereke. i pržiti u ulju kao što je prikazano na Videu. 


Kad porumeni sa jedne i druge strane vaditi na papirnu salvetu da upije višak masnoće. Prijatno..

It is necessary :

100 g flour
2 eggs

Preparation:
