Bakina kuhinja - pohovani karfiol (fried cauliflower)


Potrebno je:
1/2 kg karfiola
3 jaja
1 kašika začina
100 gr. prezli
100 gr brašna
1 -2 kašike susama
ulje


Priprema:
Karfiol očistiti i malo pokidati svetiće i obariti 10-15 min. Ohladiti. U šerpu staviti brašno, pa dodati začin, prezle i susam i sve izmešati. Svaki cvetić karfiola uvaljati u tu smesu brašna, začina prezli i susama. Jaja razlupati dodati i u njiš malo začina i umutiti malo žicom.


 Cvetiće zatim ubaciti u jaja i dobro ih uvaljati i vaditi kašikom i pržiti u vrelom dubokom ulju. Okretati da zarumene sa svih strana. 


Vaditi na papirnu salvetu da upiju višak masnoće. Služiti toplo ili hladno kao dodatak nekom jelu ili kao glavno jelo :može se dodati sir.. paradajz ili šta već želite..Prijatno dragi moji!

It's necessary:

1/2 kg of cauliflower
3 eggs
1 tablespoon seasoning
100 gr. bread crumbs
100 gr flour
1 -2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  oil


Preparation

Cauliflower clean and a little tear saint and obariti 10-15 min. Cool. In a saucepan put the flour, then add spice, breadcrumbs and sesame seeds and stir all together.


 Each flower cauliflower roll in the flour mixture, breadcrumbs and sesame seasoning. Add the eggs smash to sway a little spice and a little wire whisk. Flowered then put in eggs and roll them well and remove the spoon and fry in the hot deep oil. Turn that flushed from all sides.




 Rehearsing on a paper napkin to absorb excess fat. Serve warm or cold as a supplement to any meal or as a main dish: cheese can be added .. tomatoes or whatever želite..Prijatno my dear!
