2 kg šećera
Priprema:
Višnje dobro oprati očistiti od koščica. Ušerpu staviti 2 kg šećera i sipati 400 ml. vode i pustiti da se ušpinuje. Probati na tacni ako je dobro gustokad se ohladi. Skuvano slatko vruće sipati u tegle i dobro zatvoriti. Tegle okrenuti naopako da tako prenoće. Sutra dan spakovati u police.
