Bakina kuhinja- punjene tikvice pečene u rerni (stuffed zucchini baked in the oven)
Potrebno je:
1 - 2 tikvice mlade
1 glavica crnoga luka
4 čena beloga luka
100 gr kačkavalja
1 kašika začina
1 k.k. aleve paprike
malo bibera
mleveno meso 500 gr.
sitno seckan peršunov list
1 zelena paprika
ulje
2 krompira sitno seckan
Tikvice očistiti od semena izdubiti kašikom, kao korito. Luk iseckati pa pržiti na ulju dodati seckanu pariku i mleveno meso. Zatim dodati seckan beli luk, seckan krompir, začin, alevu i biber. Na kraju dodati peršunov list. Naš nadev je spreman za punjenje. Tepsiju pouljiti poredjati očišćene tikvice i puniti ih. Možete dodati i nekoliko celih mladih krompirića da se peku sa tikvicama ja volim i dodala sam. Tepsiju zatvoriti folijom i peći oko 35 min na 200 stepeni C.
Izvaditi i narendati kačkavalj vratiti u rernu jš 10 min. da se istopi i lepo tikvice zapeku i porumene. Služiti uz salatu.Prijatno!
