Bakina kuhinja - pržen sladak kupus sa suvom slaninom (Fried sweet cabbage)


Potrebno je:
1 kg slatkog kupusa
1 glavica crnog luka
3 čena belog luka
100 gr. suve slanine
50 ml. ulja



1 kašičica začina
1 k.k. aleve paprike
malo ml. bibera
 malo miridjije 

Priprema:

Kupus iseći na rezance. Slaninicu ipržiti pa mast sipati u kupus dodati uljei pržiti na tihoj vatri ne dodavajući vodu već se prži u dinsta u sopstvenom soku i ulju.




 Pred kraj dodati beli luk, začin, biber alevu papriku i mirodjiju. Kupus možete servirati kao glavno jelo ili kao prilog uz prženo meso, kobasice ili štaveć želite.. Prijatno !

It's necessary:
1 kg of sweet cabbage
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
100 gr. bacon
50 ml. oils

1 teaspoon seasoning
1 K.K. cayenne pepper
few ml. pepper
  little miridjije

Cabbage cut into strips. Bacon grease ipržiti but pour in the cabbage add oil to fry over low heat for not adding more water fried in stewed in their own juice and oil. Towards the end add the garlic, spice, pepper and cayenne pepper dill. Cabbage can also serve as a main dish or as a side dish with roasted meats, sausages or clicker want .. Enjoy!
