Potrebnoi je:
1/2 kg. krmenadli. 100 gr. brašna
100 gr prezli
2 jaja
so
biber
 začin



Priprema:
Krmenadle odvojiti od kostiju, iseći na tanke filete i dobro izlupati tučkom, posoliti, pobiberiti i staviti malo začina. Šnicle dobro uvaljati u brašno, pa u jaja i u prezle i pržiti u ulju da porumene sa obe strane. Vaditi na papirne salvete Služiti tople
