Bakina kuhinja - kifle sa feta sirom (rolls with feta cheese)


Potrebno je:
600-700 gr brašna
30 gr kvasca
100 gr. margarina
1/2 praška za pecivo
susam i semenkice
1 kašika šećera
so
3 jaja
200 gr. feta sira
100 gr ulja
1 kiselo mleko

Priprema.


Kvasac rastvoriti u malo mleka i dodati šećer. Kad se istopi dodati 2 jaja i malo izmutiti žicom. Mleko smlačiti izmešati ga sa kiselim mlekom i dodati u  u kvasac, zatim ulje brašno so i prašak za pecivo. Sve dobro izmešati i dodavati brašno i umesiti srednje tvrdo testo. Testo staviti u činiju i pokriti i ostaviti da naraste na toplom.





 Premesiti i razvući oko pola sm  u pravougainik. Seći kocke

 Svaku kocku iseći na trakice stim što gornji deo za oko prst ostaje neisečen, kao u Videu i na slici.

Uvijati u kifle malo saviti i piredjati u plehg u joji smo stavili peh papir uzapečenje.




 Kiflice namazati žumancetom i posuti semenkicama. 





Ostaviti da narastu i peći na 180 stepeni C od 20-30 min. da lepo porumene
