Bakina kuhinja -šargarepa kao prilog (carrots as a side dish)




Potrebno je:
3 veće šargarepe
1 glavica crnog luka
2 čena beloga luka
malo začina
malo ulja

Priprema:
Šargarepu očistiti i iseći na kolutove. Luk takodje iseći sitno papropržiti na malo ulja. Kad se luk malo ispržio dodat sečenu šargarepu i malo vode, poklopiti i dinstati dok ne omekne.

 Kad voda ispari i šargarepa omekne dodati seckan beli luk, začin i sitno seckan peršunov list. Naša šargarepa je gotova i spremna za serviranje. Odlično ide uz meso kao prilog. Prijatno!

3 large carrots
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
a little spice
a little oil


Preparation:
Carrots cleaned and cut into rings. Luk also cut finely papropržiti in a little oil. When the onion a little roasted carrots and cutting of added a little water, cover and cook until they soften.


  When the water has evaporated and carrots soften add the chopped garlic, seasoning and finely chopped parsley. Our carrot is finished and ready to be served. Goes well with meat as a side dish. Pleasant!
