Bakina kuhinja: džigerica sa suvom slaninicom


Potrebno je:
400 gr pileće džigerice
500 gr zelene paprike
100 gr. suve slanine
2 paradajza
1 glavica crnog luka
ulje, začin

Priprema:
U šerpi ispržiti suvu slaninu pa kad se isprži dodati džigericu pa i nju pržiti jedno 5 min. a zatim je izvaditi zajedno sa suvom slaninom. 



Na toj masnoći ispržiti na rebarca seckan luk, pa kad se on malo proprži dodati seckanu zelenu papriku , pa i nju upržiti.



Na kraju dodati na kocke paradajz i pržiti još 5 min. Zatim u to vratiti džigericu i slaninu pa prokrčkati par minuta poklopljeno. Isključiti i naša džigerica je gotova. 





Dobili smo fenomenalan obrok prste da poližeš. Prijatno iz bakine kuhinje!

Preparation:
