Mačmeloy kralj deserta

Mačmeloy


Potrebno je:
Kora:
6 žumanaca
10 kašika šećera
6 kašika brašna
3 kašike kakao
1 vanila


1/2 peciva
200 ml. mleka
100 ml. ulja

Fil:
20 kašika šećera
6 belanaca
1 vanila
1 kašika želatina

Glazura:
150-200 gr čokolade
3 kašike ulja

Priprema:
Umutiti žumanca sa šećerom dodati brašno izmešano sa pecivom ,kakao, vanilu, mleko i ulje. Sve dobro izmešati i peći u podmazanom plehu na 180 stepeni C 30 min. Umutiti belanca vanilu u čvrst šne. Želatin potopiti u posudicu sa 4 kašike mlake vode izmešati i posle 3 minuta ubaciti u umućen šne i mutiti još 3-4 min.


Kad je biskvit pečen izvaditi ga pa preko njega dodati umućena belabca i vratiti u rernu i smanjiti rernu na 14 stepeni i sušiti šoš 15 min. Gotov kolač preliti glazurom od čokolade. Ohladjen služiti i sladiti se.

Kora:
6 egg yolks
10 tablespoons sugar
6 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons cocoa
1 vanilla


1/2 rolls
200 ml. milk
100 ml. oils

fil:
20 tablespoons sugar
6 egg whites
1 vanilla
1 tablespoon gelatin


frosting:
150-200 gr chocolate
3 tablespoons oil

Preparation:
Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar, add the flour mixed with cakes, cocoa, vanilla, milk and oil. All mix well and bake in a greased pan at 180 degrees C for 30 min. Whisk the egg whites into a solid vanilla dreams. Gelatin soak in the bowl with 4 tablespoons of lukewarm water and stir after 3 minutes to put in whipped cially and stir another 3-4 min.



When the sponge cake baked to remove it and over it and add the beaten belabca back in the oven and reduce the oven at 14 degrees and dry SW 15 min. The finished cake pour chocolate glaze. Cooled serve and savor.
