Domaća pogača mekana kao duša


Potrebno:

1 čaša jogurta 1 mleka 1/2 čaša mlake vode 1 jaje 1 žumance,  kockica svežeg kvasca pola kašičice soli pola kašičice šećera 800 gr. mekog brašna 4 kašike ulja susam



Rad:
Rastopite kvasac sa malo vode i kašičicom šećera. U vanglicu sipajte mlako podgrejano mleko i vodu, dodaj te razmućen kvasac, ulje i pola  brašna, so i polako  umutite. Dodaj te još brašna i pazi te  da testo ne bude baš mnogo tvrdo. Istresite na pobrašnjivenu dasku i mesite da testo bude glatko. Vratite u vanglicu pospite odozgo malo brašnom, pokrite najlonskom kesom i salvetom i ostavite 20 min. na toplom da naraste. Kad je teso napunilo vanglicu premesite ga i ostavite još 10 min da raste. Sad će testo brže rasti u vanglici. Istresite testo na dasku koju ste vrlo malo naprašili brašnom. Testo oblikujte u zavisnosti od tepsije dali je okrugla i pravougaona.. Navucite opet kesu na tepsiju i ostavite da  testo naraste u tepsiji jedno 15 min na toplom mestu. Namažite žumancetom i pospite susamom Uključite rernu na 200C Pecite pogaču 40 min. Pečenu pogaču izvadite iz rerne i   pokrite  krpom. .
Savet:
 Kad je testo naraslo drugi put, pokušajte ga umesiti sa što manje dodavanja brašna  da vam kora hleba ne bude i suviše dvrda. Ako želite da vam korica bude baš mekana čim ga i zvadite iz rerne onako vruć premažite ga kockicom margarina. Pogača će biti mekana kao duša. Kako ko voli, ja naprimer volim hrskavu koricu… ko voli nek izvoli..Osećate kako samo miriše....
